Refund policy

Items marked as FINAL SALE (located in the description) are not eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, please send us an email at shopatninety4@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivered date. Please include the order number in the subject of the email, or forward the original purchase receipt.

Either you can choose to send the item after address confirmation or we can send you a shipping label. Cost for the return shipping label will be deducted from refund amount.

Damages and issues

For damages or wrong items received, please contact us immediately. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please send an email to at shopatninety4@gmail.com along with pictures of the item. Once the return has been approved, we will issue a shipping label for the returned item. Once the items has been received, we will ship the correct item or issue a refund to the original payment method.
